Events in South Africa
Mbombela has the fullest calendar in Mpumalanga, anchored by Mbombela Stadium, which hosts Pumas rugby, Premiership football, big concerts and year-end festivals. Kapel @ Silvermist Gastehuis runs Afrikaans book talks and readings, including Innibos programming, and The Blue Gate holds open mic nights. The Innibos arts festival is the city's main annual festival, and August and September are the busiest months.
