Bergville's calendar is small but distinctive, split between maskandi festivals at Bergville Sports Ground and mountain trail races, including the annual Mont-Aux-Sources Ultra Trail. October is the busiest month, when the Ukhahlamba Maskandi Festival and the Runtheberg trail races take place, and angling competitions and homecoming music festivals round out the year.
