Events in South Africa
Rio Hotel Casino and Convention Resort is Klerksdorp's main entertainment venue, hosting comedy, soul events and a kota fiesta, while Oase Gemeente runs Afrikaans church events and concerts. In the townships, Alabama Community Hall and Mshengu Fun City host all-white and family events. A street festival, a rugby sevens festival, the Klerksdorp Marathon and practical training courses complete the picture.
